I'm excited to continue the Oliver Fellows Program this year to invest in Nashville's youth and shape the next generation of leaders and change makers.

I'm now accepting applications for the Fall 2024 cohort! I'm seeking to fill two positions for college students or high school seniors who will serve the19th Senate District during a 4-month paid fellowship. These fellows will gain an up-close-and-personal inside knowledge and experience about serving in public elected office. Fellows must attend a college, university, or high school located within Senate District 19. The fellowship will begin on approximately September 15th and end on December 31, 2024. Eligibility requirements:

-Must attend a school located within Senate District 19

-Be available on evenings and weekends-Have access to reliable transportationParticipants in the Oliver Fellows Program receive:

-$1,500 fellowship stipend-Opportunity to work directly with Senator Oliver and gain an up-close-and-personal inside knowledge and experience about serving in public elected office

-Opportunity to serve the community at the highest levels of public leadership in the state

-Opportunity to participate in and attend exclusive events and meetings-Possibility of earning academic credit, if applicable

-Receive a Team Oliver t-shirt
